I had that stuff enabled but it never got accessible. IMO the switch is behaving pretty well, the only thing i was able to notice was an issue with the REST API "explorer" (relevant for JNCIS study a bit). I got 15 running on my home EX2200-C-12T-2G, and 2 more running 12 i couldn't say that 12 is really faster in any way. For others thinking about whether to pick JUNOS 15.X or 12.X:
